Children's Ministries at Orenco

Orenco Kids & Children's Worship

Sunday School, mid-week activities, and other special events, including Vacation Bible School, are offered at Orenco for school-aged children. Our aim is to introduce Jesus to them and to help them have a personal relationship with Him.

Sunday School is offered each Sunday during the school year for children of all ages and is led by caring adults. Nursery care is also provided for younger children. Children's Church is offered during the 10:00 hour for school-aged children, following the children's time during the service. A special group, called Orenco Kids, meets each week throughout the school year. On Wednesday evenings, our congregation gathers for dinner together at 6:00 PM. At 6:30 PM, adult Bible Studies and small groups are offered, and children are invited to attend Orenco Kids, where they play games, do crafts, and learn Bible stories.

Hillsboro Christian Preschool

The Hillsboro Christian Preschool has been connected with our church for more than thirty years. Here, your children ages three through five will not only learn their ABC’s, but more importantly, be introduced to Jesus and Christianity.
